At Unique Necessities we will work personally with your Church
or Ministry Organization. We build your new website to your
specified needs. We use your text and pictures to design the
new website. All websites are custom designed with your vision
in mind.
* Websites are built with Yahoo Sitebuilder. Customers can
download Yahoo Sitebuilder for free and maintain their new
website once it is completed. Websites must be hosted by Yahoo.
We have used Yahoo website hosting for over four years now.
Yahoo has great customer service department on call 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
* All of our websites have custom built templates designed by us.
We do not use pre-made templates purchased from someone
else. Yahoo Sitebuilder offers pre-made templates that we can
use at our customer's request. We can modify templates to your
needs.
* Domain name, registration and website hosting are not included
in our pricing, but we can assist you in obtaining Yahoo services.
We can also maintain your website for you . This will require a
monthly fee based on the type of website you choose.
* Please visit "Services Page" for pricing. A signed, dated
contract and retainer must be completed and paid before any
web design services are rendered.
